oh wow I thought it was pencil. Have you considered maybe combining them? just to get the precision of a pencil with the tones of charcoal
or idk really, I personally hate charcoal it gets everywhere apart from where I want it to go lol

I don't use charcoal very often. In fact, I lost my charcoal pencils and haven't been able to replace them. I prefer using pencil anyway though, erasers are my friend, and they don't work nearly as well on charcoal as on graphite.
I do like the look of charcoal, but you're right, it does get everywhere.

Oh o A o! Well I originally wasn't inlcuding the rest due to it being just an icon gift for a friend so yeah the whole diamond crop art was meant to be like that. I have the original version and the crop version.
