i really dislike professors. they're constantly forcing their own artistic likes and dislikes on you, messing things up, or grading too harshly on something they said would be open for experimentation. i mean, what's up with that? haha.

I actually got a C on a project where we were encouraged to experiment because stylistically it was too experimental.

that happened to me last quater, my teacher decided she didn't like my style and marked me down for it, 'perception' was one of three prints in a series, and she decided the shadowing and contrast wasn't to her liking. so i got a C.
i just started an experimental photography class and i really hope the professor is a bit better than my last one.

not yet, the college I'm at tries to get people to graduate faster by having quaters instead of semesters. I'm working towards getting my masters from the AI in San Fransisco though. :>
