nobody has commented on my drawing of that girl from a magazine (i know its sad i dont know her name or wut shes from but i drew her) but someone make a comment on it i need that to see what ive done wrong thats the only way i can improve is through a challenge so someone please comment on my art!

And to answer your question, I'd recommend a program like photoshop or painter as a good starter programs for color since you have strong lineart that nice and dark. Photoshop is expensive unless you get photoshop elements which is around 75 dollors, painter is a bit cheaper.

Or you could... *cough* get one from a "friend" *cough cough*
Either way you'll get use to both programs quickly. If you get good with those you can take it a step up with illustrator/flash. But for you I'd good with photoshop.
