I've been to like 3 therapists. They don't really help.Β
I tell them stuff and then they tell my mom stuff that I don't want to hear.Β
Most of them think it's because I'm on the internet so much.Β

hmm, they aren't supposed to tell anyone anything without your permission unless it's life threatening
i'd say give it a shot again with a different therapist (when you're ready of course), and if you hadn't before, specify that you don't want them telling anyone including your mother
from my understanding, sometimes it can take some time to find the right therapist but they're out there
