Their demeanor of acting also differs. They give sickness.[W]hat has been refer to as the "Slender Sickness" is really The Operator's ability, which involves:
- Behavioral changes

- Occasional seizures (when up-close)

- Hallucinations (visual or audio)

- Paranoia

- Coughing up blood

- Loss of coordination as a whole in extreme cases

- Memory loss

- Can even go so far as to give someone an entirely different personalityThe Operator's powers include teleportation, which they use regularly, along with the supposed ability to shift people through their "realm" and spit them back out at a different time, though this appears to not work on individuals and rather within a certain circumference.

Their presence messes with electronics, more detail, again, being located to the left of the page.

They're attracted to anyone with their sickness and assist in the disposal of bodies via transporting them to another space, perhaps a different world altogether.

Extreme anger, much like The Operator, may cause visual tearing with cameras, etc., and maybe anger is another way to bring it nearby, especially when ill intentions leaning towards murder come into light. There is no found reasoning for this, nor are there hints to their origin.[Preventatives]: Avoiding them in the first place is ideal, but if you come into contact with the being, anticonvulsants lower the effects of the condition and appear to weaken the creature or at least make them go away for a time once you make contact with them.
