Pennsylvania is five feet and four inches in height, which is a little under average height. However, compared to her brother America (or anyone who is about 5'8 or taller), she is rather short. This is because of her status as a state and because of her state's size, as well as her state's economy by Median Household Income.
Pennsylvania has fair skin, which gets lighter or tanner depending on the weather. She has dirty blonde colored hair that is usually put up in a bun and under an Amish covering when she is wearing her Amish or Mennonite clothing. When she undoes her bun, her hair goes to her upper back. She has a curl that sort of hangs downward which represents her state capital, Harrisburg. This also acts as her erogenous zone. She has blue-green eyes, and are seemingly a mix of England's eye color and America's.
Her style of dress often varies, for she often will wear normal clothes or Amish/Mennonite attire. It really all depends on the mood she is in. She rarely (if not never) wears formal clothing. If it is, it is normally something like her Amish/Mennonite attire, for that would be the only "formal" clothing she can stand.

β. Clark sighed as it started to rain, watching as it destroyed the fire he'd set to his violin. He waited until the fire was completely put out before grabbing his violin. He then sat down on a bench and began to play a piece of music from memory. It was going well, but he wasn't happy with the few sour notes he was playing.

Sylvia was outside when she felt it begin to rain. "Damned fall weather..." She grumbled as she held the cape of her black hooded button-front wool cloak close to her, hurriedly speed-walking in an irritated way towards a gazebo that was in the park she happened to be in Once she was under it, she carefully pulled her hood down, relieved. However, she soon heard... music? Looking around, Sylvia soon noticed a man sitting on one of the benches, not too far away, and playing a violin. Other than the few bad notes, she thought it was pretty good. Not wanting to seem like she was watching, she knelt down and watched him through the lattice of the siding's of the gazebo, just watching him play quietly.
