thanks for the watch and faves...life as a monk is fairly monotonous I'd imagine...too much discipline...I'd always thought the middle way called for a rejection of asceticism...yet Buddhism has a larger monastic tradition than Christianity...

mmm... i can't say i agree but i'm pretty sure i've felt certain about something a couple of times before aand then i got more confused, then felt certain again then confused (cycle goes on haha)
the problem is, i think certainty gives me something to hold on to (which is important for me) but i think slowly i'm understanding that uncertainty makes everything that much more interesting.
