me and Jean moved to our own place, so things have been very crazey at the moment, plus we we dont have an internet connection in our new house yet.

and the IT guy at my job wont allow msn to be installed, all the software has to go through him, cant put anything to this machince without him checking out out first - kinda sucks.

Difficult to say when I started it. Somewhere at the beginning of 2005 I did the first logo for a band. But it actually became serious at the end of 2005. I started with designing stuff on the computer in 2002 though.

Well, designing logos is not a constant income if you stay working on your own. I'm only 17, and I have another year of school before I will go to a college for art, so until then I can't even make it my own job, and most likely it will stay as a sort of hobby.
I have this logo design, plus 5 other jobs. Next schoolyear I will be doing 2 schools at a time (the other one is on Saturday and Thursday night). So yeah, I don't have a lot of time for myself, but I need to work hard to have a future in designing, as designers aren't really wanted in the Netherlands. And my girlfriend lives in America, so that's why I have 5 jobs. I gotta pay the flight tickets.

What about you? I assume you finished some kind of art college?

yes, I did studied art/graphic design for 3years, while in college I did alot of freelance design work, and then worked as a designer for a few companys, as well as In a reptile shop for a shrot time.

Now I work for a nice graphics company, have a good contract.

graphic designers and most kinds of artist struggle to get work over here, as no one will take a chance on young people.

I have a bigger portfolio, but I cant put it on websites such as this because of legal reasons from companys that i have worked for in the past.
