Hello! I randomly came across your page and I'm so glad I did--your dolls are just so breathtaking! I'm not usually much for fantasy art like faeries and such, but I am so impressed with how expressive and detailed your dolls look..I can imagine the process of making them must be arduous! I especially love the work you put into their faces, and how much they burst with personality and uniqueness. They are all way too adorable and crafted with such care! As an aspiring amateur dollmaker, I appreciate what you do and hope I can put as much care into my dolls someday

Oh! I didn't know you were here on DA. I used to follow your stuff all the time on Elfwood. You make such marvelous dolls. It's so good to see you can make dolls as a full time career, especially when people are watching their pennies. Congratulations and best wishes!

it would be great to only this fulltime.... the market IS coming back, but very slowly! 3 years ago I couldn't keep a doll for myself they were selling before I had them finished... then about 2 years ago, I had some hard times and divorce and the economy smashed I still have those dolls... but the past couple months I've been selling!!! YAY!

yay, somebody thinks I'm groovy! I will be showing at the artwalk my awesomegroovycool friend... Daniel is out of state right now, working, took his sweet darling girlfriend with him, so you can imagine he is out of touch right now. He should be back sometime soon though and I do believe he will possibly show at the art walk if he has time to get some stuff finished up.

Cool. Are you showing at Sew Sassy again and maybe Daniel next door? I don't have anything new finished yet. The work I devoted my time to is all in a small, handdrawn and painted book that is for a traveling gallery show. I decided to not put the work here because it is a sensitive subject and my family would know who the work pertained to. So no, nothing new so far. I have a big, blank canvas and have an idea of what I want to do on it though.
