Yo, you work is getting so much better.
You're way better than I ever was and currently am.
Here are some things to consider:
Your drawings and characters in Flash are awesome. You have a great sense of what can be exaggerated.
Your coloring is good, however you should study coloring a little more. You have great values, but the color choices for shadows and things should be more well thought out. Like shadows are always the compliment of the light source, not the local color of what you're coloring. And you should try using some analogous schemes and such, to make it more harmonious.
Your animation is ok. You have great poses and key frames. Work on your break downs. And when doing the inbetweens, just remember to make good arcs.
and don't forget the follow through. And when in doubt, squash and stretch.
