How exact do you make the destruction and giantess poses in mmd and where do you get the city stock?

The destructive expressions in my works are made by applying effects, and poses... get used to it. But some MMDers distribute their pre-set poses. (.vpd or .vmd files)

What Program do you use MMM or MMD? If you use MMD how do you use effects like the explosions, crumbles, and the mist/fog like things because I can't use MME since I run windows 10.
Side note: Where do you get your backgrounds (cities, sky-things)?

I use mmm on win7, so I'm afraid I can't seem toΒ solve mme problems on win10. But I found out that win10 users sayΒ mme needsΒ DirectX End-User Runtimes. Did you get them?
