Nope, I am not Japanese. My parents are Thai/Cambodian, but I was born in Las Vegas, NV, USA. I do have a Japanese girlfriend, who is the girl you see in my DeviantID. I am currently studying japanese, and can only do basic conversations. I have been to Japan a few times for homestay so if you are interested in Japanese culture, feel free to ask!

my housemate can speak a little japanese...my daughter is part chinese..i just like asian people i like the sense of daily life as a ceremony..being part of a purpose..i spent six months with the navajo people and they always reminded me of the traditional japanese people that live on an island. your girlfriend is beautiful..i had read that people could pay to dress as geisha...i read a little about the geisha and it is a hard life they are strong dedicated women and i have a lot of respect for them.

Oh yeah, believe me we had to PAY. It was expensive but the experience of walking with a "maiko" (a young student learning to be a geisha) in the ancient city of Kyoto was awesome. I greatly admire the Japanese way of life. It is soo different from that in the United States.
