I am a proud grandma at 64, yes.    I've been in fandom since 1966 as an original Trekker and through the years settled happily into various fandoms, the most recent being Penguins of Madagascar; that's not to say it's exclusive, but it's the main focus.

We as a family, grandma to the youngest of us kids, watched TV cartoons as long as I can remember, all the Warner Brother cartoons, which were my favorite, plus the "newer" ones like Jonny Quest TOS.  Add to that the Saturday morning cartoons, and the result is a lifelong appreciation of animation and voice acting.  I'm glad you enjoy animation, too!

Thank you ^_^ I have to admit the reason why is do human POM is because I'm more comfortable drawing humans than animals. Especially birds ^_^;

I can see where that would be - unless one is trained in wildlife illustrating, the emphasis is, as I recall, on humans in art classes.  I remember hands being real stinkers to draw and I'm looking forward to trying to draw simple outlines like penguins, hee!
