I literally have no clue what to do with the humans but I have the trolls mostly thought out at least. They're mostly just regular WoF dragons except with horns like the trolls. I'm too lazy to draw so feel free to take these if you want.
World: The 12 players each have a scroll that allows them to communicate without going through the trouble of having it sent and delivered
Karkat: SkyWing born with too little fire
Aradia: A mostly regular SkyWing who inherited an animus touched object that allows her to talk to ghosts, when she dies her ghost is kept alive but mostly emotionless by the object
Tavros: A MudWing whose legs and tail are paralyzed, not allowing him to fly or walk on his hind legs
Sollux: A SkyWing/IceWing hybrid whose scales seem to be split down the middle, two different colored eyes, and a misshapen skull. Instead of fire or frostbreath he has a pulse-like breath that he can't control
Nepeta: A SandWing who lives in a cave in the Sand Kingdom and rarely ventures into society, most of her communication with the outside world is via scroll
Kanaya: A SandWing who is supposed to grow up to be a Wingery supervisor but spends more time reading and making outfits than around dragonets
Terezi: A NightWing with powerful future-vision who was still blinded by being forced to stare at an erupting volcano
Vriska: A NightWing with powerful telepathy who inherited an animus object, a glass eye, allowing her to briefly control the minds of others. After loosing one of her eyes (as well as one of her arms) she actually put in the glass eye
Equius: An INCREDIBLE STRONG IceWing with animus abilities who often creates and destroys living dragon statues out of frustration, Nepeta tries to stop him from loosing his soul
Gamzee: A RainWing who constantly eats those weird frogs that make you hallucinate and always keeps his facial scales shifted to that weird mask thing
Eridan: A SeaWing noble whose parents are part of the Queen's court who believes SeaWings are the only Tribe that matters and the rest of them are completely worthless and often fruitlessly plots SeaWing domination
Feferi: A SeaWing princess and the Queen's only heir to the throne, she frequently captures sea animals and keeps them in her room, much to basically everyone upper-class dragon's disappointment.
Yeah they keep their weapons they're medieval enough to work.
