Heya! I have thought about getting a photo all printed out, framed and taking it in to the artists guild to show it and maybe see if there is anyone crazy enough to buy it... but I have not done it as of yet. Thank You for the complement!

you should try the art district on santa fe in denver! they have shows every first friday and i even show my stuff there! theres alot of galleries that would love to have your stuff, and i recommend the denver art society cause they do lots of things for the community and all kinds of artists, but i also recomend going around and finding a specific gallery that you like. your photos are really nice quality and really beautiful shots so im sure they'll be a hit!

Unfortunately I do not live near Denver to make it practical for me to use the resources there. I live down in Pueblo where things are... well... less artistic... LoL. We do have an art guild here that will display and sell art for free, and of course there are art galleries around. Colorado Springs isn't too far away and I am sure they do a lot more art stuff... but as of yet, photography is still a hobby for me... I guess until I get the courage or enough encouragement to put something out there that the way it will be. Maybe that elusive DD on here...

i live up north about half way to Wyoming from denver, so i kinda understand how hard it is to get down there, but colorado springs has a really cool photography thing going on, especially since the olympics are just around the corner, a lot of athletes are training there and theres alot of promotion going on, not to mention that alot of photographers i know really like the air force base and the black forest

I think I will start small and put one in the Art Guild display here in P-Town and see where it goes from there. If it is well accepted (a.k.a. gets a ribbon or sells or both!) I may look at doing more or going straight for Springs. At the moment it is just a hobby that consumes money and wastes time, even though it would be a cool way to get some supplemental income... LoL. Do you think the simple signature is good or should I go for a more elaborate one?
