I'm curious to see how your ponysona would turn out, the event as a couple submissions so far which is great. I might consider (knowing my amazing time management I probably won't) making a vector of my ponysona just as my own little project. Picking what to do for a ponysona is a little difficult, because you need it to relate your cutiemark as one special talent.
Any tips you could give on vectoring would be greatly appreciated, such as a tutorial you may have used perhaps. I know of a ponychan art thread of guides, that sent me. (If you haven't seen his "Memories" comic, I'd recommend to check it out!)

For the ponysona you should really try though, add a cutiemark of your special talent (your favorite sport, hobby, something completely out of the ordinary), maybe add some accessories (clothing, glasses, horn, wings, etc) and it should turn out great. You do have the entire month to think of something so you should be fine.
I continue to think that I can't manage my time well enough to do a vector, but any starting tutorial you may have used should be fine.

On the vector, the funny thing is, I completely learned from trial and error... If you saw my old vectors you would throw up. They were Soooo bad. But I continued to make them even though they sucked because it was so fun. I got better from trying new stuff, and I actually never looked at a tutorial

So many games, too little time. Gears of War 3, Battlefield 3, Modern Warfare 3, Skyrim, Arkham City, etc. Are you on a console, or do you play on PC?
School work kills free time, but you gotta do good otherwise you're screwed.
I guess I can try that out, maybe attempt doing a vector of Twilight or Applejack to start roughly. I've heard due to Rarity's mane it's hell to vector her, which is completely understandable.

Don't worry about if your first time is bad. I didn't delete my old drawings SI if you go trough my Deviations you can see how horrible I was... I actually got a lot better after I accidentally learned to use the pen tool properly

Tablets don't really effect any vector, the pen tool's a LOT different than drawing

That's a good thing to know about the tablet though, I've always wanted to contribute to deviantArt at some point, but as I've stated a billion times I am not the artist type though maybe after six years it could change (probably not).

How is Modern Warfare 3 (and Skyrim of course). I'm very surprised how many people actually like the Elder Scroll series, I always felt like myself and a few others but it seems everyone is going "HOLY SHIT SKYRIM!" I'd personally get Battlefield 3/Skyrim, but basically nobody I know has that game/I haven't played a multiplayer game in a while/I will lose all contact with the outside world for a long time.
What was your opinion on the Cutie Pox episode? I personally liked it, it answered the question if a pony has multiple special talents in a way (and always taught a lesson about such and such) What is your favorite episode anyway? I'd probably say for mine would be Party of One.

Well, it is a show intended for that audience so they still have to stay true to it. They always do little references that we'll pick up though, like the Big Lebowski ponies in the bowling alley of Cutie Pox, CHOCOLATE RAIN (I'm glad that works) is pretty obvious, hell even the Hub did this [link] and also Stephen Colbert [link] and Derpy is still "derpin" [link] and I always think this works too [link] (come on Twilight even grabs her face at the end)
Well shit, it's getting late and I forgot what I was going to continue on. A PETA Mario article distracted me, PETA is using Mario's Tanooki suit and well just google it, you'll see. I understand animal cruelty is a terrible thing, but attacking Nintendo (they could have done this before, when SMB3 came out but no let's do it now) for a fictional character, who can grab a LEAF (and mushrooms, and fire flowers, and etc) to transform netting Mario a ability to make the game segments easier, who mind you can get these power ups through BLOCKS WHO MAGICALLY HAVE THEM. Mario has been killing turtles throughout the entire series, it would have made more sense to argue about that right (it wouldn't affect anything though). I hope Nintendo finds out about this, and disputes it in a private matter but seriously, PETA's argument about this is idiotic [link] (look how messed up it is, I mean what it's terrible) Oh, and shouldn't PETA have beef with any game that injures any animal or contains a injured animal in the game? /endrant

I never realized how many voices Tara Strong has done, I assume you think she's fine with it because of Drawn Together (at least I think so) but holy hell I just checked her Wiki page and they're just so many shows she has been in.
