Yeah, i think sharing each and everyone's common passion is great, it can help inspire one another at building their own path of their dreams as you go explore the huge fan base out there. Everyone needs an exposure, that's why people create social groups, just as what you planned. But tons of groups here in DA already made that so i guess try visiting them or Facebook art pages, for starters.
