alright, is there an age limit? i just turned 15 but im pretty mature for my age. im not a little snot nosed brat that does whatever he pleases

Well that's a good thing that you're mature. Although there is no real age limit to reenact. Just a few reenactments ago I saw like a 9 year old medic running around in the field. haha! Kind of out of place but he did the job right.

So you can join a group, the only down side to your age is that you can't operate a weapon yet for safty reasons. Not until you turn 16 can you have and operate a weapon. So most likely you would be a medic or be an assistant on a mortar or help carry stuff for a machine gun...when we get one out there. I mean the unit I'm in alone has like 3 .50 cals and like 3 .30 cal machine guns. But we put them all in and on our tanks and jeeps.

Once you register you can basically learn what you need to know from posts and the other unit members about what goes on. We're a pretty tight group, very cool people to know, and they are more than happy to lend a hand in helping you find the things you need to get started.

Well you said you were 15 right? Or was that another person?....not sure I'm talking to you and another person on youtube about reenacting so I can get confused sometimes. haha!

But look at the bright side, sooner or later you're going to have a rifle. And being a medic is pretty cool. One of my good friends is a medic sometimes in our unit. Although he doesn't shoot or fight, he's still right there for the action. Besides, having a medic in the field shortens our death times, so it's a win win.
