Yeah, but there are still few error reports on Google+... which makes me wonder how is it working on Yours?! (You have x64 OS right!?)
except of developers magical power that automatically makes everything to run regardless of those software/hardware requirements

I downloaded it last night and i started it, i only use a few settings, mostly wobbly windows, but so far i have had no issues with it. Seems very stable to me. And yes 64 bit OS.

Still I can't explain why some people get errors and others not. Maybe that's cause some Murphy law or something?!

Lol, thats my law, screw stuff up when it should be working well
I have that issue also. I know good and well that my apps run well on one MS OS, but others, well... they disagree.

Anyhow, could You check whether creation, minimize etc. effects work on Microsoft Windows 8? There is report on Google+ that those crash and leave white windows behind.

You know that saying: it is hardest to start. Em quite busy recently that's why em not commenting on Your submissions - especially as You doesn't seem to have any bigger difficulties from what I peek whenever any new one comes out.
In other words - glad it appeals to You and to see Your progress. Keep it up and who knows what You will develop

Is Nimi Visuals still under active development?

Thanks, on NV - yes, but infrastructure works took most of the time recently, but were top priority. As follows - NP was guinea pig for testing, that is why it got most of attention in last months. You see NV is to greatly rely on Nimi Store content distribution platform - as it tremendously increase quality (not to mention quantity) of content that can be used. So far it was highly limited by desired distribution package size.

[link] would love to see that in cinema (it was still hard to fit anything below 15kb)
Btw, You could make animated works too

I can see you really love Bleach... Hehe!
Ah! About animated works, maybe I should try it soon, by beginning from a simple project and learning how to animate them... But I never used Flash, and I don't know anything about using this tool... I'll need some time before being able to create something with it. : (

I think it is good series - em familiar with many titles (as brother influence since my early childhood), but this one I find appealing to me the most. In opposition to other ones - it corresponds to reality by time and location(in general), has twisted plots and kind of lets one relate to characters problems and storyline.
On animation - there are many methods for timeline animation - Adobe Flash is possibly most recognized tool for those, yet as I do:
-frame by frame - by manually compositing objects, applying motion blurs etc. merging frames into gif
-latest crazy idea, but easy to do - You use HTML5 to automate above and just record output. For animating sailing pigs & cats - it could just do the trick.

Only passive core works on x64 - even though trying to work this out according to specification(splitting access to 32 & 64 message streams) it didn't worked as expected. And as there is no opportunity to have one and work on x64 computer - theoretical approach is abandoned as it takes to much time, and doesn't provide enough feedback to work on. In other words: x64 reactive detection mechanism component was totally removed for upcoming version, moreover whole mechanism is now disabled for use on x64 systems. Worst problem is this is only possible method to do so.
Yet as You could possibly notice - newest passive core can emulate minimize/maximize behavior.
On adding exclusion option - as everything is dynamic, some settings have to be pre-set for performance reasons: if You could write down what would You like to exclude, maybe it could be added to existing filters list.

Thanks for kind words, NV isn't supporting 3rd part window skinning - as those by definition alter normal specification.
Soon there will be an update of NV, maybe even today - nothing too revolutionary, as such will have to wait for summer, just some cutting and reordering wires - optimizing code where possible.
