.....that's means you're strong girl...must build strong staminar
to achieved a lot those fast movement stroke....
Should shoot some low-speed photo of your own movement
during certain beautiful kick or defence !
I'm Chinese to but stay in Penang, Malaysia....i not in Wu-Shu over
here but Volleyball very much !
I tie my leg 20 kilo iron sand bag for jogging...jumping...skip rope
and after certain month ...I can have high jump spring to spike
ball with powerfull arm and palm spike !
Almost like trainning Wu-Shu....ha..haa....
...you need Ti-Chi meditation each time those noisy train pass-by your
rental room....that's another self control inner strength to face
those annoying sound....happening....

that training is incredibly impressive, you must be an awesome Volleyball player !
I am studying in Beijing tiyudaxue. Chinese wu shu is the best
it's a beautiful discipline and I strive every day to improve but I have
so much to learn
Last semester we did chanquan, dao and gun, and this semester
we are learning nanquan.
I wish I could one day visit Malaysia, it is such a breathtaking place
when I saw your pictures they made me wish I was there.
Is one of the most beautiful places I know of .. it must be wonderful living there !!
I have a highway just outside my room and it gets incredibly annoying
during the day. I try my best not to loose my good spirits but sometimes
the noise and smog get the best of me
