well i wouldn't say am on a master level in anything yet ,just give it lots of time and study/learn from as many sources as you can, practice also should be unique like not sticking to one kind of models ,do from cartoonish disney style sculpts to serious human accurate anatomy and from comic hardsurface armors to real life hard surface like cars you can even start from modeling a toaster or a microwave , if you're patient and enjoy sculpting then you're half way there , i also wanted a single great source when i started but there is not one and maybe the biggest advice is to not walk around problems but solve them even if it takes hours of research , good luck ;) (Wink)
