ok man look, i know brayk and i know snakeart the 2 people who made the image. i also know they used the psd in the tutorial so people could learn but you used the brushing layers in your image
the fact that something doesnt exactly match another image doesnt mean its not a rip, you have used the brushing layers therefore you have ripped the image which is fully evident on the image i posted on ur page
