I don't mind having my art critiqued at all but only when I ask for it and even then I don't ask complete strangers and children to do so.
I ask my close personal friends who will at the drop of a hat when asked tear my art apart down to a missed pixel shading.
Don't critique people unless they ask you to or you have been given the "ok" to do so because it makes you look like an asshole.
