That feather queen dress is one of my favorites too, and I generally love poof dresses that look a little more exotic. ^_^

I lightly brushed over the hem and middle of the skirt as well as the pretty veil by setting the brush transparency to 50%. Also I have like, a couple art apps on iPad... drawing and painting directly on the screen alone makes it better than using a Wacom tablet. XDDD

Part of the beauty of hoop or puffy skirts is decorating the outer skirt as much as you please. ^^

hwhw... yes, kinda like drawing on the paper.. wacom actually has something like that, the cintiq type XD (but it's expensive for me---so----/oTL)

me too :v once, I tried to draw with my friend's tablet, and----my style turned into Candy Candy style X'DDD

Well Candy Candy style isn't necessarily a bad thing, the noses are just a little disproportionate. But yes, I agree if it's not the style you're aiming for... XDDD
