You'll need to use some type of program that edits pictures. Either a photo editor or an illustration program like photoshop.

I'm not sure if you already have a program to use, but if you don't, you can download paint.NET for free, and it's a pretty good program. Also, you can set the language to French, so it will probably be easier for you to use.
