i was walking threw the thick snow as i heard someone call my name, i figured it was Ceannt, i smiled at the thought of him. i called back to the voice "yeah?". I then walked in the direction of where i thought the voice was coming from, but the voice only echoed off the trees leaving me lost to find it.

I heard him call me back and headed toward the sound of his voice. It took me a while but I finally saw him through the trees. The sight of him made my heart fltter and suddenly I became very self conscious: does my hair look okay? Will he like me in person? But I walked toward him and suddenly he saw me, We ran toward each other smiling.

As i ran toward him, i could't help notice that he looked like an angel. I gave him a big hug not wanting to let go of him. I tried to say something, but Suddenly i had no words to say. I just wanted the moment to last.

It was like my heart had sped up and then disappeared altogether. I felt my knees grow weak and I put my hands on his shoulders to hang on. I looked up into his eyes and saw nothing but peace and love there. Tears filled my eyes. His arms grew stronger as they held me to him. Then I realized his face was getting closer to mine. His lips were parted and a moment later I felt them on mine. He was kissing me! It took me a long moment but then I started kissing him back. An eternity later our kiss ended and we just looked into each other's eyes. He took both of my hands in his and kissed my nose and then laughed, "Come on!"

Missed you, sweetheart! Life has a nasty habit of getting in our way.

with his hand in mine i started runing pulling him along dodging trees. "you have to see this!" i said as i started to slow down. i quickly turned around holding my hand over his eyes. "it's so beautiful, i found it a long time a go and i come out here just to sit and read, and now i have some one to share it with." as i take my hand off his eyes you see a lake that has been frozen over with two trees holding up a hamick on the other side. i start to laugh "it's much more pretty in the summer time when there are animals, grass and the lake isn's frozen." i grab your hand, kiss your lips and start to step on the frozen lake pulling you with me. instantly i slip on the ice.

I gasp as I see him go down and race out onto the ice to help him.  I slip also and fall right on top of him.  My breath knocked out of me by my fall I feel his hands on my arms and I see he's laughing, his eyes are sparkling.  As I catch my breath I feel him rise and half-sit up.  He puts his arms around me and holds me close.  My eyes tear.  It seems like I've waited forever for this moment and more - I thought it would never happen.  After all, boys aren't supposed - supposed - to kiss and, and, and......fall in.....love.  But here we are.  I suck in my breath.  I look at him and his eyes are burning.  I know that mine are.  I suck in another breath.  Say it!, I tell myself.  Say it!  His smile has gotten even bigger and happier.  He's shared this private place with me.  This place where he comes to lose his sorrows and refresh his joy.  I don't feel worthy and lower my head.  But I hear words coming out of my mouth.

"I love you.  I love you."  I pause and then shout it out at the top of my lungs:  "I LOVE YOU!"

With the barest of whispers he says it back to me:  "I love you too."

We embrace and kiss.  For a long moment the world and all of its horrors and pain melts away from us.  This is ours, right here, right now.
