I'm glad that you love it! This story and it's sequel (called "A Dream Begins: Chapter 1") were really enjoyable to write and really meaningful. I feel like I learned a lot about love as I wrote this love story. I wrote the story as it came to my heart - it pretty much just flowed from my heart directly through my typing hands. It was a joy to write, and even now, I, myself, like to reread some of my favorite parts of the story. ^_^

I might be writing more love stories at some point in time while I'm teaching English in China for a year - I love writing, and there's a book ... I want to write - or maybe it's not so much wanting to write it as knowing that it's something I was meant to do. I need more writing practice, and writing stories is good practice.

I'm going to be living in Sichuan Province. I need to look through the news to find out what is going on there specifically. Here I am about to leave in a few days and I haven't even researched the local news there! (I don't like news, but for the sake of safety, it would be good if I knew if there's political unrest there too.)

I love The Rasmus! ^_^ They’re an awesome band! ^_^ I really like their music and two of their songs literally changed the course of my life. I wrote a fan fiction story about The Rasmus. It's a romance, so you might enjoy it if you like romance stories. And I started a sequel to it, as well, though I didn't finish it and ended up letting it stand as a one-chapter story for various reasons.

The original story (the long one to which the other is a sequel) is called "In My Dreams". It's really long - about 31 chapters. A few people read it through to the end, so it might be worth reading, I don’t know. I know that I enjoyed writing it.

ugh >.< I wish I had gone to church today >.<

I need to try to make sure to go in these last few weeks, because I won't be able to go to church in China - unless one of the state-sanctioned churches has English translations of the sermons. But I could listen to sermons online - there are websites and churches that upload their sermons so that people can listen to them.

Nice to have a computer, huh? I would hate being computer-less. >.<

Yeah, it is nice to have ready access to a computer instead of just being able to use one when Russell is gone or asleep.
Also, I'm trying to get Erin's e-mail address so I can put you in touch with her...she's back in the states now, but she could tell you how she kept in touch with everyone over here safely...
Yeah, I don't know what I'd do if I didn't go to church every Sunday and Wednesday...I couldn't go last Sunday bc of the weather and I felt weird all day...

I ... *embarrassed* It's just because I don't want to get up sometime between 6 and 7 AM on a Sunday morning. It's completely lame - well, when I was working, I was just utterly drained by the emotional toll it took on me to do work that felt like death (file rooms are evil), and weekends were all about resting alot to try to prepare myself to die again. It may seem that I am being overdramatic, but especially during that time of really bad depression in summer 2008 - to mid January 2009, it took all the emotional energy I had just to make it through the day, 5 days a week - and how I felt about it, how locked in I was and everything.

But really ... I've been unemployed for a long time! *mad at myself* Yeah - it's just lame that I haven't gone - and now, I'm mad at myself because I won't be able to go in China unless one of the state-sanctioned churches has services with English translations. >.<

I understand that, actually, it's in my body chemistry to stay up late and sleep in, so no matter how early I go to bed, it's hard for me to get up before about 11...and it's even worse when I'm sick or depressed...so I don't find that overly dramatic at all...

I took some melatonin a bit over an hour ago, and I feel sleepy now, which is good. I think I might actually be able to sleep all the way through the night tonight, which would be great.
