I could, just depends with a ref sheet you would be getting a front view/ back view of said character color swatches and three chibi's at the bottom sporting 3 different outfits for the character and maybe some character description unless you would like to be the one to add that? and all of that for a ref would be ~500 points, or like you said a flat color full body would be 100/150 points depending on character complexity
