No problem, water is probably the hardest thing to paint for me and I was impressed by the way you did so without making it to incredibly complicated.

Actually, I used Bob Ross's wet on wet technique for the water. I too have problems with it.

I use Flash for pretty much everything.
Sometimes I use photoshop for comics or shading.

figure out exactly how much it's increasing by and make the original file that much smaller before you export it i suppose.
