standing endurance..maybe some exorcise can help with your endurance...just about a 20 minute walk would do the trick probably..then you can come chat to me in my resteraunt trades class in school i had to stand for like 6 hours because during that week its 6 hours resteraunt trades and just 1 other class XD then the week after it was all acedemics
