Rune-server.org. It doesn't work on Google Chrome so you have to use Firefox but it's worth it. A lot of talented artists there. By the way, say that Derosion can confirm you don't rip, otherwise they start hassling you for PSDs because they have had a rip case recently. But yeah, Derosion, BXD, and +Anime hang out there and it's a good place for CnC.
