I'll try re-sending it, in the email I was simply asking for a quote from you on some specific types of possible designing work (I had attached some samples as well) we might bring on your way and wondering about your prices, etc.

those designs and layout looks like mostly website oriented artwork, but the type of work i see you have, I would charge $250 for each design. because of the layout

yea they were in ma spam.. that type of work is alot of of layout and editting.. and i did something like that which was to be on a website.. and i charged the $500. well thanks anyway
