It was never my intention to completely disappear on you. It's funny--I started coming to dA because of the photographers while I was bored at the seminary. Then I uploaded a few old poems. Then I started thinking about poetry and doing critiques Then I started writing new poetry. Then life got busy and I stopped writing poetry, and I stopped coming, even though all the reasons I came in the first place are still here.
Anyways, my lovely lady is going into the last week of her poetry class and starting to put together a portfolio, and I figured your page was one of the better places for inspiration. I was a little sad to see that my inbox had nothing from you! I love your poetry, 'specially your metered stuff. It makes me happy. (No worries, though--I just sent her to look at your older stuff instead.)

Well, Australian men are kind of renowned for being beer-swilling morons (with the exception of this new generation of metrosexual snags) who call women sheilas - guys are blokes. So it's not a case of 'normally', it's more a case of 'moronly' (new word for the day).
