Thanks dude. Just been chilling out and working. Not sure how long it's been, but I do retouching and design for a small design studio and some freelance retouching and magazine layout. It's pretty nice but it's been slow. What about you? Working in the design/art field?

I've just been doing corporate retouching. Like making CEOs look better and younger than they actually are in real life. Finding work now is tough. Are you living in London now? How is it there? Here is the states it's pretty hard.

i saw on a tv show that this guy had an external panel (probably USB or firewire) to the left of his monitor that had a bunch of dials on it. he had the dials set to change his brush size, hardness and flow. i have been trying to find something like this for days. I work in color correction, photo correction/restoration so i am constantly changing brush sizes and i think that this would be helpful, not to mention bad ass.
P.S. i DO know about using the bracket keys and shift+bracket keys to chang size and hardness.

dude you CAN do vector in photoshop, i am doing it right now. use the pen tool, and before you 'draw' you click the button that says 'shape layers'. you get 3 choises, shape layers, paths, and tyhen fill pixels. if you use the shape layers then it makes what ever you draw into a layer mask. but it looks the same. you can edit it all you want. you can shrink it or expand it w/o loosing quality at all, as long as use pen tool and do a ctrl+click on that layer mask. then you can do a ctrl+T to transform.
trust me it DOES work.
