Nope. It's an old link.Those links were (probably) spread by hackers or something. Don't click on the link.
The thing is also that the person who 'wrote' it didn't wrote it himself.

I also got some of those links a few years ago from watchers, but they didn't wrote it themselves.

But don't click it, then your name with the same kind of message will appear at (some) of your followers pages.
