And things people do do change things. Example: I was happy all day after you hugged me before school. I know that sounds really stupid, and maybe even borderline lesbo. But i felt like i actually had someone looking out for me for awhile. Its really simple stuff that makes me happy because it gives a sense that things are back to normal. I know that i suck at expressing when i am happy. I really will use that "I am content" nonsense if i have to though.
