i have tore 2 arm muscles on 2 my sparring mates do to they did not warm up the right way. in hap ki do leave me the only color belt for a few months being toss about and stuff by the 5 black belts and grand master. both them are in there teens . they came in late and only did half the warm ups.

i am ahead of schedule too. from what the doctor said. i'm gonna be running next month, i think. i started skipping last week, which i was excited about. but it sucks to have to re-learn how to do every basic thing in the book again.

as long as u move about and get outside even to sit down to catch the summer wind u feel better then being in a house or in bed. healing the body goes faster
