I also love X Men: First Class so I'm uber happy to see tidbits of Michael Fassbender. I started watching BoB before I got into X Men though, so that part was just a nice added bonus.

Ditto! I hadn't even even known that Fassy and McAvoy were in that toegther. Also, now that I've read up on my facts [and fancfics -shot], it's fun going back through the series and knowing who to look out for, what scenes are good, etc.

I was pleased to see Fassy alive till the end though.
I just finished. So yeah. I loved seeing who was who and who was still around (I was happy to see Bill Guarnere still around, and Winters, and Lipton).

I'm going to watch Pacific first. Hopefully I'll get around to watching bits of BoB again. I loved it.

Winters just died this January, though, a few days before his 94th birthday. I'm pretty sure Lip and Guanere are still around though.
