Good work there in your gallery....especially the etchings amaze me...I haven't done etching yet just starting it at art school because I have to....have to say that so far I like it more than lino/wood cut but I don't think I'll be too good at it....I tend to stick with painting and B+W photography, usually.

That was also the first time for me that I've done etchings but I actually found it easier than lino cuts. And I liked that you can put more details into the etchings. The only thing about it that wasn't so good, was that your hand hurts quite a lot afterwards^^
What picture are you doing an etching of at your art school?

Well, every semester we have to do a self-directed project. I am doing a paintig project of distorted faces and fusion of heads...really gory, rather repulsing stuff really, and the etching class has to relate to whatever we have chosen to do....so i am on sections of distorted faces...my flatmates had real fun with that *lol* they modelled for me ^^
