This is an art site. It is intended for art that you yourself have made. What she is uploading isn't hers, and that is against the deviantART rules.
She's more than welcome to put it on Photobucket, Imageshack, or any other image hosting website, but this is not an image hosting site - it's an art site, as I've said before.
Just because she bought the game doesn't mean she has legal ownership over anything and everything in Modern Warfare 3.

I just said they can choose to take a picture of it if they want(Since anyone can claim a picture as photography today, sadly) and if IW felt that it was bad for them they would have a choice to take it down.
If you feel that it should be brought up for attention then report it.
