Ah, for now I just really really need some details about the crew (just the name, occupation, weapon of choice in case they need to attack anything, and even the simplest sketch of them so that I can draw them), and also, about Clyde and David, what are their weapons, and how close and friendly can David feel about full-humans (who aren't the enemy). Also, the drawing of the Missouri...

Eek, I already asked a lot! /0\ But, but, you see, Alice's falling into the Missouri, so, well, I want to make her interact with everyone, and.. and...! Well, I really promise I'll answer as much as I can too! I hope I'm not too demanding on it =__= Anyway, the drawings don't need to rush as much, because I'm still drawing my page layouts, but the other questions can have a huge influence (I guess) plot-wise...

Gwah! That was quite an epic tale with your finger!

I'm sorry for not replying sooner--I had a bit of a family emergency over last week into this week, so I had no time to respond. Let me fill you in on the stuff that Toshi missed:

-David feels only slightly less comfortable in the presence of full-humans than he does with the crew/people he knows. He's been around them his entire life, but he is a bit skittish around ones he doesn't know--like if you occasionally get the feeling that you don't belong? That's it, really. XD Basically, he acts like any human who percieves themself as "different."

-Like Toshi said, the other two members of the crew are Jamie Welsh. Hopefully, we can have a sheet up soon, but if not I can note you their information?

Additionally, the best shot of the Missouri is the first panel on this page: [link] The one in the foreground is the Missouri; however, the two ships are identical except in the very minute details (basically, the Missouri looks old and beat up while the other one doesn't). It's made of wood and steel, much like the "steel plated" ships during the American Civil War.

And actually, I just have a question for you: Is Alice's hair real, or did she have to get a wig due to half her face getting burned?

About Alice, all her hair is real. Maybe you'd find it useful to have some sketch showing her face without the mask? The damage area is kind of small... but gross.

Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuut~ when doing the most exquisite hairdos, she may add those things that are not a complete wig, but more like a big strand of hair... Just to add to the volume, you know?

The information on David and Clyde should be in the comments under their reference sheet- I just got up better references of each.

David's main weapon is a silver sledgehammer, Clyde's is rope. Both can use six shooters and rifles. Clyde carries a hunting knife, David uses his fists/hooves in a more devestating melee attack type-way.

And I know just what you mean and I wish the same! I'm not sure how the matchups are being made, I doubt people from the same faction will be pitted against eachother right away. SO DON'T GET ELIMINATED BEFORE ME X) Although, I really can't imagine our characters fighting in the first place!

You may have not commented on all the entries, but I didn't have time to even READ all the entries. In the beginning, I was doing well, but then a lot of entries came at the same time. So I kind of saw the nicest looking thumbnails and read the respective stories (so, I read your story [before the deadline] because these colours caught my attention among all thumbnails!)
Last night I took some time to read the remaining stories from the ones who were selected, but still I wasn't able to read the "own crew" stories >_<

I can't imagine a REASON for them to fight. Maybe Odette will finally fall for Piotr, but he's too 'friendly' to Alice (and then the girls cat fight? XD)...? Or maybe Alice will bully Odette just because she's so cute when angry, but then Odette will try a revenge, or Piotr will come for her defence...?

But really, I think primary colors naturally attract the eye or something X); I know what you mean though. I had no problem reading them all up until the end when there was just a big rush. All you absolutely need is to be aware of you opponent, although it's much mroe fun to be able to follow everyone else's "adventures", of course. I'm sure you'll find the time.

Haha, really, they have nothing to do with eachother! Hmm. Well, as charming a lady Alice is, Piotr just, ah. Doesn't go for the ladies? Haha. I think I was a bit too subtle about that X) Odette is type to hold a silly grudge and take it too far though, that could be rather hilarious.

Ah, I managed to finish reading all contestant entries!!! Adding to the entries of the ones who didn't make it but posted it more in the beginning, I think I managed to read about 90% of the total entries /0/

And well, I think we won't have to worry about the reasons for they to fight, because RS already detailed the 1st matchs well enough so that we can focus only on how to beat the oponent. But now, I just wonder how to do it creatively... (well, actually I already came up with a plot, but I'm totally scared to make the layout and find out how many pages it will be xD it just seems like another too-many-pages story ToT~)But well, yours seems harder than mine! I'm looking forward for the 1st stories to be posted!!!
