Just saw this--sorry! I don't log on very much anymore! I've never designed any lighting myself, though I definitely appreciate a good design! I end up stage managing (or running light boards) more than anything these days. Ah wel.

Some of my colleagues make their living as light board operators because they can program an ION or a Grand MA.

Oh goodness, my latency to thank you greatly misrepresents my excitement on receiving it! Yes! I was delighted when the booklet arrived (around Oct 17th or so)! It has been living on my coffee table since, where it can distract me from grant-writing. I intend to write a little bit about it when I next update my website. I was hoping to have done so already; then I could direct you to it a see-how-excited-I-am kind of way. Alas, grad school has really kept me busy lately...
I am always amazed at how thin many paper cuts are, especially as I use pretty heavy cardstock. It's impressive!

In short: THANK YOU! It is really interesting and I greatly appreciate your sending it to me! Apologies for not letting you know sooner that it arrived safely. Thanks again!

Yup. I know busy pretty well. Glad the packet arrived safely. The display in the museum had much more intricate paper cuts on display. Tigers, and other animals. Well, back to lighting and painting for me...Noises Off November 16th!
