Description Together we fall. We stand on our own.
(well, not all, of course if you think of lions and male cheetahs)

Wanted to make a predator counterpart for my prey  www.furaffinity.net/view/17511… drawing featuring some felines and OH!surprise the main feline isn't a cheetah here but a leopard.
I have to draw a snow leopard these days. I saw a footage some days ago about one hunting a goat on the mountain cliffs, jumping from rock to rock, it was so extraordinary i shed a tear. I dunno...it's a strange feeling of happiness..of seeing in action such a rare and elusive animal, as if i saw a unicorn or something(i think if i where the guy filming i'd drown in happy tears XD). Yes, it's true, i'm mostly cold hearted to many sad things that happen in movies but i cry at these documentaries because seeing these animals in their natural habitat being in beautiful balance with everything around them, like rare treasures hidden in almost lost pieces of paradise just fills my heart with joy of seeing them surviving and sorrow at the thought of how fragile they are. But mostly happiness of seeing them making this world beautiful.
sigh
i really love nature

This is so cool to see as a sister piece to that prey painting I loved. Nice touch of reversing the rhyme that you used for the other one Are those red drops real blood spatters again? If so, how'd you come by another accidentally bloodied piece of paper? :0

Oh and regarding loving nature so much; I totally get you. With the overload of beautiful photos these days I can sometimes become a little numbed to all those endless pictures (which, by themselves, or if I had taken them, would leave me in awe). But just recently I saw the trailer for Planet Earth II and I was almost in tears it was so pretty haha. Nature is just awesome!

Yes, they are blood splatters as well XD Well when i had that nosebleed i stained more papers but i never had a such a worse nosebleed like that before, it just wouldn´t stop ,-,
I stained more papers and then painted along

Yes i know that feeling exactly...because of the internet we lose our touch with nature...in reality, the digital world can never represent nature in all it´s greatness and beauty! you have to be there to see every little detail by yourself

Ahhh okay, you stacked up on bloody paper when the chance presented itself haha XD

On the other hand, sometimes the digital world, or videos and photos, are all we have. Certain places, sights and animals I will never get to see myself. Then really intently watching a documentary, or seeing a photo of some amazing event can be great. There's just such an overload of stuff to see. There's not enough time in the world to see all the beautiful things!

Yes...i remember when i first started searching for andean mountain cat pictures there were so few of them...like 3-4 acceptable ones...but now after years i searched again and they managed to take some very good pictures of them which made me extremly happy.
Sometimes i think..how would have drawn famous artists in the past if they would have had access to so many reference pictures? Because so many exotic animals look soo different, like medieval dolphins look like dragons haha
