Okay first of all this is not a shipping.
Just in case anyone is confused

Second of all, it's a drawing for some kind of theory of mine? We can call it like that~ And after a long time of procrastination I decided to share it with ya :I
~To make this theory work we need to assume that all Creepypasta characters live in the same world~
~Also that Eyeless Jack is older than Jeff~

At the end of Jeff's story we know that he is badly injuried and has no one who could help/hide him, so he probably just runs away somewhere he thinks police won't find him for some time. (Sure as hell they are going to look for him) We assume he hides in the forest or some abandoned buliding as far away from the place he lived as possible.
Jeff is 13 y.o
No support
and badly bleeding mouth (we don't know how deep the cut is but it probably needs stiches and should be cleaned)
So how did he survived? (We know he did from the newspaper part from the original story)
And at this point I thought that the only possible explaintation is that he might have gotten help from Eyeless Jack. From his story we know E.J is able to cut out the kidney without waking up/killing his victim so he MUST know stuff from medicine and probably have some painkillers/drugs with him. (He had to anesthetize Mitch somehow so he wouldn't wake up during "surgery")
Also you have to know I always considered E.J a good one, bc from the story we know he didn't wanted to kill the victim at first point so he must have some the remnants of his lost humanity.
Therefore I think that if Jack would found some lost kid, bleeding and in total shock he would help. + now Jeff is "like him" (Homeless, insane, with no future etc)
E.J would treat Jeff's wounds and probably later on teach him some bro tips of survival for killers or whatever X'DD He could be like an older brother for Jeff in the creepypasta world. substitute of Liu
