To the left is the smoke from the fire in Boulder, Colorado. There also is a major fire in Colorado Springs and I know reporters are there to interview and get info but do they need to ask a person whose home just burned down, "How does that make you feel?"Related content

me either.... It has been suggested that people should take shots of the inside of their house and all the belongings and keep it on the computer so you can access from other places for insurance and so forth. I just might do that just to be save

I really screwed up and then I didnt. checked the calendar and Im busy tomorrow so we had them over today and didnt have time to clean but just enough time to run to papa murphy's to pick up pizza and to albertsons for dessert. I love doing things last minute...less time to stress over things and I didnt even have to cook......

Just like the someone who recently poured boiling water, bleach, battery acid or some such noxious liquid on my 3 year old Lab, taking his fur and skin off right to the flesh. I'd post photos, but I think people would be throwing up.

Oh, yes. He will have scars, and some of his fur will not grow back. I was in tears when it first happened. I have no idea who did this, but if I find out, they won't be walking to the hospital, believe me.

I was there on Sunday and tonight I cant believe the news..so sad it has hit the town of Manitu Springs, all of those beautiful houses on fire..so sad. It was so far from the Air Force base when i was there, now its in its back yard..

I saw the homes on tv..... It leaves me speechless. I know a home can be replaced but dont know if it will ever be the same. First all the hassles with the insurance companies and then the building and then you have to go out and furnish it real quick....not like all the pieces you collected thru the years and each piece has a memory. It would be like going into a strangers home and trying to feel comfortable.
