The wrinkles where her back arches, her bone structure, muscle tone, everything, seems to look very real, except her face to me. Her face looks like a doll, it's a bit shiny in my opinion. Otherwise, it's very good.

yeah it looks very real, i didnt notice at all before i read it.
looking closer, i can see that her mouth looks a bit strange, also her ears is a tell.
