Really great job! You could easily pass this off as a photo. It does seem like the prices and listings would be on both sides and I think that maybe there should be more stuff in the displays. These are just my opinions. You are very skilled.

Wish I could go to this deli, looks like everything is free.
There is no cash register or its elsewhere or someone comes by and takes your order and money.

Modelling them is really the easiest part dude! The cabinets and the lights were the hardest part indeed...

Usually for things like that I use a decal (product display.
For lighting I first finish modelling my scene, then remove all the other interior elements (as in your case the cabinets, rugs etc and eaving only the walls, I set the lights and hit render at the highest settings. The renders much faster. When I am satisfied with the output I add all the other interior elements, hit the render buttom and go to bed. The next morning my work is ready.
