First off, I love the black in white. It plays well with the shadows caused by the lighting. It also works well in contrasting the color of her hair with her darker skin tone. The model is gorgeous and I love her facial expression, it is so natural and it suits her quite well.

Now here is where, I have to give you some criticism.The photograph has a lot of noise. I believe the ISO speed was a bit high for this photograph. To be honest this is the only issue with the photograph, that can be easily fixed by working with the camera more and getting used to is. I don't know if this is a new camera to you but just fiddle with the settings a bit til you figure out what works.
