Presenting my eighth submission for the Ladies of Gundam project, a project that will feature a series of portraits of female characters from the Mobile Suit Gundam franchise...
Before I end the month of February, allow me to present my realism rendition of Quess Paraya from the Japanese animated movie, Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack. No, guys... this is not Hatsune Miku. Painting Quess' uneven pigtails is such a challenge but I'm glad on how well it turned out. Her clothes are my personal favorite. It is simple and elegant unlike her default bulky white and yellow attire. I hope you like this rendition.

Really good, definitely Quess in a "Imma Newtype too cool for school" moment.

Took me long enough to finish this due to so many commissions arriving at my e-mail. Personally, I'd go with the "OMG-I-LOVE-CHAR" kind of Quess face. But I decided that's too ridiculous for a portrait. So I just go with a regular Mona Lisa smile and have her wear her black and white attire. Like I said, it's my personal favorite and it's the same attire Quess Paraya was wearing when she first met Char Aznable.

No complaints here, you made it a true standout picture of Quess and gave her a little of the depth Char saw, instead of the surface layer of bratty privileged Earthnoid.
