Even if the first image visually differs a lot from the other two, I see them as a group / of ideas? /Pencil/ digital colour.
I learned a new word: koinobori.

I don't think this needs to be critiqued, it's already very nice. I really like the coloring. It kind of gives off a soft and serene effect. In its own way it kind of reminds me to stop for a while and appreciate the little things in life. My favorite here would have to be the first picture, the colors are very lovely. Keep up the good work!

Firstly, I wouldn't have actually thought these would be digitally coloured - it looks very much like ink or watercolour colouring. (I know that can be achieved digitally, I've just never seen it so realistic!)
I think these 3 link very nicely - the first feels like a view looking up from the pond, the second looking across, and the third looking down. There's also the link between 1 and 3 of the kites looking like the fish - like swimming through air. and the petals link 1 + 2, and the lily-pads 1+3, so I think displaying them together works really well - and it also makes the viewer think a little!

I like the dirty aspect on all three, it's not just pretty pretty, something deeper's going down. Took me a while to connect the second pic to the first, although the first with the third is clear. But that's good, it's not one to look at and then move on.

the composition of this piece interests. your technique is superb- theres no doubt about that. but i would have considered arranging the images together differently, to complement the movement of the kites. nice work.

great triptych! the theme and visual connections between the three panels are really interesting.. i might have played around a bit with the ordering; there are very different directions in each panel, it doesn't exactly flow together in a simple way; the left panel has the kites flying diagonally to the right, the central panel has the upward vertical strokes, and the right panel has kind of circular and concentric motions. it might look interesting if you flipped the last panel horizontally, so the arch of the fish faced the outer edge of the piece, it would create something of a framing effect.
sorry for all the critique, once i got thinking about this piece i realised it really had some effect on me! well done! oh, and i don't want to forget to say how wonderful the colour scheme is !

This is all beautiful, I love the colors and the effects in all three drawings. It's hard to see something to criticize in here. Maybe make the kites looks a little more as if they're blowing in the wind than straight and full. The last one is nice, other than the first two though.

I cannot really find anything to constructive critique but I will try my best.
I like the overall effect of how these three images work together. The kites look alo t like fish so they connect with the third image through the second. I like how the colours remain bright and clear despite appearing to be natural and somewhat dirty. The image certainly does not look flat, in fact the flowers are come off the page and you have done well making the middle kite look as if it is in front of the one behind it although it was not clear at first which of the top two were in front.
The cropping looks slightly off with the right side being thinner than the left. The right image also looks a little bit smaller also, it would have been nice if they were the same size.
I like how you paint lilly-pads, although they do not really look at all like lilly-pads in a real sense they are still very pretty and work well with the image.
